Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Idea2Viral (the “Service”) you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Idea2Viral is an AI SaaS that auto-generates video content from a text idea: shorts (TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts), long videos (YouTube), and courses (multi-lesson). The Service includes script generation, AI voiceover, MP4 rendering, and advanced features (voice clone, talking-head avatar). It can also publish your generated videos to your connected social accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) when you authorize and request it.
3. Account & sign-in
You sign in via Melyx SSO (auth.melyx.id). You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. YouTube features & YouTube Terms of Service
By using any YouTube-related feature of the Service (connecting a YouTube channel, uploading to YouTube, fetching channel data, browsing competitor videos), you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
The Service uses YouTube API Services as defined by Google. You acknowledge and agree:
- Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can revoke the Service's access to your YouTube data at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
- You are responsible for ensuring that anything you upload to YouTube via the Service complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines, copyright rules, and the YouTube Terms of Service.
5. Content you create
You retain full copyright over the content (script, audio, video) you create through the Service. We hold only the operational license needed to run the platform (billing, analytics, displaying it inside your dashboard, and uploading the file to a destination you explicitly authorize).
You are responsible for ensuring your content:
- Does not violate applicable laws
- Is not deepfake fraud, harmful political content, adult content, or copyright infringement
- Voice clone / face clone are used ONLY with the explicit consent of the voice / face owner
- Does not impersonate public figures for fraud or false advertising
- Complies with the Terms of Service of every destination platform you publish to (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, X)
6. Title, description and metadata you submit
When you ask the Service to publish a video, the title, description, tags and other metadata you provide will be sent to the destination platform exactly as entered. The Service will not truncate, append, or otherwise modify these values without your explicit consent. If a value exceeds a destination platform's limits (for example, a YouTube title longer than 100 characters), the Service will refuse to publish and ask you to shorten it yourself.
7. Billing & plans
The Service offers Free, Starter $9, Creator $29, Pro $79, and Empire $199 tiers + add-ons. Payment is processed via cart.melyx.id. Subscriptions auto-renew — you can cancel at any time.
8. Refunds
100% refund within 7 days of a new subscription, no questions asked. Email [email protected].
After 7 days you may cancel anytime; you won't be charged for the next month. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
Top-up credit add-ons are non-refundable once activated.
9. Limits & retention
Rendered files (MP4, audio) are auto-deleted per tier: Free 24h, Starter 3d, Creator 7d, Pro 30d, Empire 90d. Buy “Storage +30d” or “Never auto-delete” add-ons to extend. We are NOT responsible for files past their retention window — download in time.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee AI-generated content is 100% accurate — review before publishing. We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profit, lost views, account suspensions on third-party platforms, etc.) arising from use of the Service.
11. Account termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms (deepfake fraud, spam, chargeback fraud, unauthorized voice/face clone, repeated YouTube/Meta/TikTok policy violations) with no refund.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), Ho Chi Minh City.
